Micro Duct Integrity Test apparatus can be convienently used for testing of
various parameters like duct alignment , air tightness test, steel ball passing
test and also useful for cleaning before installations of micro fiber
cable in micro ducts from 7 mm to 20 mm 4/7/12 way bunch. Micro DIT is widely
used to do following tests.
1.
Duct Testing
Duct cleaning, which
will protect Fiber from damages while installing the O F Cable Intomicro
ducts).
2.
Pressure Test
Pressure test ensures
the coupling joints of micro couplers , their leak proof thus ensures
smooth blowing of Fiber cables while doing air jet blowing Fiber installations.
3.
Duct straightness Test
This test carried by
passing a steel balls( which will varies according to duct sizes) into micro
ducts by means of DIT apparatus and ensure that underground ducts where laid as
per permissible tolerance so that MICRO OFC can be laid under safely

Key Features
- The Micro DIT Apparatus is
provided with connectors to connect Micro ducts of diameter from 7 mm to
20 mm.
- A set of 7 Micro ducts can be
connected at a time to carry out the DIT.
- Pressure Gauges of 7 No’s
mounted on a single panel with back end connectors connected directly with
micro ducts to detect pressure level to ensure there is no leakage.
- A set of stainless steel
socking will be provided to safely receive steel balls also to avoid
ejecting steel balls directly into air.
